Successor Agency to the Stanislaus County Redevelopment Agency
The Stanislaus County Redevelopment Agency (RDA) was dissolved under the Redevelopment Agency Dissolution Act (the "Dissolution Act") (ABx1 26) effective on February 1, 2012. The Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors has elected to serve as the Successor Agency to the Stanislaus County Redevelopment Agency (RDA).
Oversight Board to the Successor Agency to the Stanislaus County Redevelopment Agency
The Dissolution Act requires that each Successor Agency have an Oversight Board of seven (7) members generally intended to supervise its activities. The Oversight Board has a fiduciary responsibility to holders of "Enforceable Obligations" and the taxing entities that benefit from distributions of property tax and other revenue.
The Oversight Board to the Successor Agency meets on the second Thursday of the month. Meetings begin at 9:00 a.m. and are held at 1010 10th Street, Modesto, CA, in room 3001.
