The current study (2018/2019) provides a comprehensive update of the PFF program, excluding RTIF, and summarizes an analysis of the need for public facilities and capital improvements to support future development within Stanislaus County through 2045. The 2019 revision adds the Accessory Dwelling Unit Land Use Category to the PFF Program.
