Accounts Payable Division - Frequently Asked Questions
Generally invoices are processed within 30 days of the invoice date. The primary contact is the individual who placed the order on behalf of the County. That individual is in a position to monitor payment of specific invoices. If this approach has been unsuccessful, you can contact the Accounts Payable Division of the Auditor-Controller’s Office at (209) 525-6405.
You should contact the department you provided the services for to determine if they processed your invoice(s) for payment. If the department informs you that a check was issued for your services, obtain the check number and call the Accounts Payable Division of the Auditor-Controller’s Office at (209) 525-6405 so that the status of this payment can be further researched.
