Here you will find important information regarding the County's medical plan options offered to early retirees or pre-Medicare retirees of the Stanislaus County Employees Retirement Association (StanCERA).
Open Enrollment for Early Retirees
Annual Open Enrollment allows you to review your benefit options to ensure that you are providing the best combination of benefits for you and your family.
Open Enrollment for the 2024 plan year begins on Monday, October 16, 2023 and closes at 5:00pm on Friday, October 27, 2023. Changes you make to your medical benefits will become effective January 1, 2024.
The 2024 plan year Open Enrollment will be "passive," meaning the benefits you currently have will continue into 2024 if you do not make any changes.
If you wish to make changes to your medical plan benefits for the 2024 plan year you must complete and submit your enrollment form to County Benefits no later than 5:00p.m. , Friday, October 27, 2023.
