Here you will find important information regarding the County's medical plan options offered to early retirees or pre-Medicare retirees of the Stanislaus County Employees Retirement Association (StanCERA).

Open Enrollment for Early Retirees

Annual Open Enrollment allows you to review your benefit options to ensure that you are providing the best combination of benefits for you and your family.

Open Enrollment for the 2026 plan year took place in October 2025. Open Enrollment for the 2027 plan year will take place in October 2026.

If you wish to make changes to your medical plan benefits for the 2027 plan year you must complete and submit your enrollment form to County Benefits during the Open Enrollment period.
