Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The County provides an Employee Assistance Program for all full-time employees and their household members. This plan includes several EAP options. Click on the links below for information on each option.
- ComPsych Employee Assistance Program
- A comprehensive assistance program with clinicians available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Confidential referrals to local counseling services for employees and dependents with up to five visits at no charge.
- Travel Assistance
- Voya Travel Assistance offers you enhanced security for your leisure and business trips when traveling 100 miles or more from your primary residency or in another country, for trips 180 days or less including Emergency Medical Transport Services, Medical Assistance Service, Travel Assistance and Security Assistance Services.
- Estate Planning
- The online program provides simple step-by-step instructions to appoint an executor, name a guardian for your children and specify other important directives.
- Financial Planning
- The financial pros at GuidanceResources offer objective and impartial information on any money issue, from creating a budget to reaching long-term financial goals—and everything in between.
- Legal Support
- Consultation with legal staff specializing in a variety of legal disciplines.
- Bereavement Support
- Provides assistance with funeral planning, logistics of winding down an estate, and will preparation services with on-demand & curated bereavement tools.
- Voya Cares
- Resources to help with financial planning for people with disabilities, as well as support and guidance on areas affecting you today and tomorrow.
