Workforce Development Director
Doris Foster was appointed as the Workforce Development Director on December 10, 2016. She has been an employee with Stanislaus County since 1997. Ms. Foster holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Manitoba, serves on numerous committees in the community and is an active member of the California Workforce Association.
Workforce Development offers a wide range of programs and is dedicated to developing a skilled workforce that strengthens businesses and contributes to the economic success of Stanislaus County.
