Phase 1 – Initial Development (Present) (5,300 jobs projected)
- 764 acres developed, including logistics, manufacturing, business park, public facilities, and airport expansion.
- Key infrastructure investments: roads, drainage, and a new on-site bridge.
- Sub-phase 1A (103 acres) targets logistics and manufacturing along Fink Road.
- Sub-phase 1B (661 acres) expands northward, adding airport facilities and business park development.
Phase 2 – Central Expansion (3,500-4,000 jobs projected)
- 190 acres for additional manufacturing, warehouse, office, and aviation-related uses.
- Infrastructure and roadway improvements continue.
Phase 3 – Northernmost Development (5,000-5,200 jobs projected)
- 274 acres focused on manufacturing, logistics, and office/public facilities near Highway 33.
