Ongoing Infrastructure Studies

Since adopting the Specific Plan in 2018, Stanislaus County has conducted additional infrastructure studies to prepare The Landing for development, including:

• Water Study (May 2020): Defines the size and location of backbone water infrastructure to support The Landing.
• Wastewater System Design Study (May 2020): Outlines a phased approach for collection, treatment, and disposal systems.
• Drainage Study (2020): Identifies an optimal drainage solution for Phase 1A, including a linear storage area to manage floodplain impacts.
