Zoning Enforcement
Stanislaus County Code Enforcement regulates many of the County’s zoning codes and regulations. Code Enforcement responds to complaints from constituents regarding junkyards, occupied trailers, excessive vehicles, vacant structures, and more. Code Enforcement will work with property owners and tenants to reach voluntary compliance. If voluntary compliance is not reached, Code Enforcement will begin enforcement procedures through the Nuisance Abatement Hearing Board.
