Lucian Thomas is a Captain with the Modesto Police Department. He is filling a 2 year commitment as Director and began his assignment with Stanislaus Regional 9-1-1 February 2008. Lucian was previously the Deputy Director of Operations for over 2 years and has worked for MPD for 30 years in a variety of assignments to include patrol, investigations, traffic, tactical patrol unit and as the department training manager. His last assignment before his promotion to Captain was supervisor of the police department Records division.
