Jeff Rowe is the Workforce Development Director of the Alliance WorkNet (AWN). Prior to going to work for Stanislaus County in 1991 and joining AWN (formerly the Department of Employment and Training) in 1994, Jeff was a small business owner. Jeff has a wide variety of experience in workforce development, having worked as a Career Counselor, Job Developer, Contracting Manager, Planning Manager, and Assistant Director. He has resided in Stanislaus County for 25 years and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Stanislaus.

Jeff is a member of the Stanislaus County Economic Development Action Committee. He enjoys playing golf and hiking in the Sierras. Jeff and his wife Lisa reside in Turlock and have 2 children.
