Public Transportation To Bay Area Medical Centers
The Medivan is a public transit service that takes passengers from the Downtown Modesto Transit Center to Bay Area Medical Centers, Monday through Friday. This service provides non-emergency medical transportation.
The Medivan is NOT an emergency vehicle and does not serve individuals who require special medical treatment during transportation. However, the Medivan does accommodate people who utilize mobility devices and service animals.
Schedule
Medivan follows a set schedule for traveling across the Bay Area.
Passenger medical appointments must start and end within certain hours to meet Medivan’s schedule.

To make your reservation, please call 209.527.4900
Reservations are REQUIRED at least one day and up to 14 days prior to travel. Seating is limited.

- Modesto Transit Center (Corner of 9th and K Streets)
Please note that critical fog conditions could cause a delay or cancelation of the Medivan trip

If you cannot keep your appointment, please call 209.527.4900 to cancel your Medivan reservation as soon as possible.
Medivan Rules
Expectations for passengers using the Medivan.
- Medivan only takes passengers to and from their scheduled medical facility
- Rides may be paid for in advance or on the day of travel
- Riders should confirm their reservation by contacting customer service
