Food Program

The Food Safety Program enforces the California Retail Food Code and all inspections are posted online.

The Program consists of the following elements:

• Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement of:
  • Retail food facilities
  • Cottage food operations (Class A packet & Class B packet)
  • Mobile food facilities
  • Temporary food facilities
  • Farmers' markets
• Investigation of food-related complaints and foodborne illness, etc.
• Food facility plan check and construction
• Food safety education
