• Modesto Irrigation District

  Has a low-income assistance program called MID CARES.
  This program offers a 22% discount for qualified low-income residential electric customers. Visit the MID website for a complete description of the program.Information and the application are also available by calling the toll-free number 1-866-645-6625.

• Turlock Irrigation District - TID CARES Program

  Has a low-income assistance program that offers a discount for qualified low-income residential electric customers. Get a complete description of the program.

• Pacific Gas & Electric

  REACH (Relief for Energy Assistance through Community Help) is a one-time energy-assistance program sponsored by Pacific Gas and Electric Company and administered through the Salvation Army. REACH helps low-income customers - particularly the elderly, disabled, sick, working poor and the unemployed - who experience severe, uncontrollable or unplanned hardships and are unable to pay for their energy needs.
