We are preparing the files for our next Property Tax Auction, date to be determined at a later time.

If the secured property taxes for the 2003-04 tax year or earlier remain unpaid on June 30, 2009, those properties will become subject to the Tax Collector's Power to Sell as of July 1, 2009.  These properties will be offered for auction during the month of February 2010 if not paid by 5:00 p.m. the day before the auction.
