Everyone can do something! Individuals, groups, families, and co-workers; the young and not so young, people with experience and skills, and people just starting out… There's an on-going or a one-time-only opportunity for everyone!
If you can find the time, we can find the need. |
Stanislaus County Regional 911 Emergency Dispatch
Volunteer receptionists answer telephones, page employees as needed, make copies, file, and organize supplies and the supply room. Volunteers should have basic clerical and organizational skills and a good telephone demeanor. The Stanislaus Regional 911 provides around-the-clock public safety emergency dispatch services and is the focal point for the 911 telephone system dispatching 23 law enforcement and fire agencies within Stanislaus County, including the Modesto Police Department and the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department.
