Community Hospice Hope Chest

Gain retail experience while volunteering at the Community Hospice Hope Chest. Volunteers can obtain merchandising skills while they sort, price and cashier at any of the three stores in Modesto and the newest location in Ceres. Individuals able to lift boxes and heavy items are especially needed. Flexible volunteer shifts are available between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays depending upon site. The Community Hospice Hope Chest, staffed by volunteers, is a resale thrift shop to support services to clients and families who are facing life-threatening illness.
