The Facilities Maintenance Division is comprised of five operations, Building Maintenance, Support Services, Locksmith Services, Project Management, and Custodial Services. This division is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all Stanislaus County buildings and centers. In addition to the maintenance services; our Division performs minor construction projects, maintains the manual and electronic locking systems, performs or manages custodial contracts and pest control contracts, and manages large scale repair or capital replacement projects throughout Stanislaus County.

Stanislaus County building inventory includes 155 buildings totaling 2.39 million square feet of owned and leased space. Our building inventory includes buildings constructed in 1938 to buildings currently under construction.
