How to get started in volunteering for Parks and Recreation:
- Complete a Volunteer Application and Job Certification form
- Read the Policies and Procedures, and complete the Policies and
Procedures Acknowledgement form
- Submit all ORIGINALS of forms under sections 1 and 2 to:

Once we have received your application and forms, we will contact you to
complete the process. Please ensure to complete in full each of the
forms with as much detail as possible to avoid any delays.
Once enrolled, you may use this Time Log to track all your volunteer hours. Please submit this form to your on-site supervisor.
