RECYCLE REX APPEARS AT EARTH DAY 2007!

Recycle Rex, the Department of Conservation’s recycling mascot, made an appearance at the 18th Annual Earth Day in the Park Festival, Saturday, April 21, 2007 at Graceada Park in Modesto.

Rex stopped by the Stanislaus County Environmental Resources booth to say "hello", play some games and take pictures. Rex was very impressed with all the recycling information being given out to the public, and we sure hope he’ll stop by again real soon!
