To see if a lien has been filed against your property come into the Office of the Clerk Recorder or online at www.criis.com the website will allow you to see the indexing, in order to view the image come into the Clerk Recorders office and search by name there will be a listing of all document involving your name. You will be able to view the images of recorded documents involving your name to find out if a lien has been placed against you or if a recorded lien has been released.
The Recorder’s Office cannot remove liens placed against you. To have a lien removed, you will have to contact the party who placed the lien against you. |
