A Mental Health Services Act program for transitional age young adults, adults, and older adults. The center is a consumer and family service center. Meeting space is available for consumer and family organizations and self-help groups. Employment services focus on assistance with personal development goals related to volunteerism, supported employment and competitive employment options.

A Mental Health Services Act program providing comprehensive assessment, interventions and services including peer counseling, medication and linkage services. Facilitates awareness of older adult behavioral health needs among clients, families and agencies/service providers. Also available is consultation with other mental health providers and programs, local skilled nursing and residential care facilities. Provides depression screening and outreach specific to Hispanic communities.

Senior Access Treatment Team 707-14th Street Modesto, CA 95350 (209) 525-7432 A multi-disciplinary program that provides comprehensive assessments, integrated services which focus on improving access to mental health services for older adult individuals who are acutely or severely mentally ill. This includes focused, short-term case management and linkage to other communities resources.
