How to Purchase Online Pet License.
- You will need the following information:
- A copy of the dog’s current rabies vaccination certificate, good for at least six full months from the date the license is purchased.
- A copy of the dog’s Spay/Neuter certificate or a statement from your veterinarian if you are applying for altered pet license.
Make sure to include your license number on the certificate to expedite the process.

- Choose a new license or renewal option
- Fill out information about you and your pet
- Enter payment information, you may use a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Card or Check.
- Print a copy of your receipt for your records
- Your Official pet license will arrive in 2-3 weeks. Note: Dog License will not be valid until a current Rabies Certificate and if applicable Spay / Neuter Certificate has been received or is on file with Stanislaus County Animal Services.
