- Children and Asthma
Asthma is the most common chronic lung disease in childhood and it's on the rise. It can negatively affect a child's quality of life in many ways. Except for their homes, children spend more time in childcare or school than they do anywhere else. Child care providers and teachers attending the conference will learn about asthma symptoms and triggers as well as the latest treatments to help children manage their asthma so they can lead normal and active lives.
