Medi-Cal beneficiaries may call 888-376-6246 to access services for non-emergency situations.
Other services provided in accordance with NCQA guidelines:
- Utilization Management
- Quality Management
- Credentialing of behavioral health care staff
- Assessment and triage of emergency, urgent & routine care
Employee Assistance Program: Workplace Wellness
Comprehensive Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are offered through Workplace Wellness.
EAP services include:
- Assessment and brief counseling or referral
- Supervisor training and consultation
- Workshops tailored to employer or employee needs
