Program Description: Services for young adults 18 - 24 years of age with mental illness who demonstrate interest and readiness for self-reliance but require certain supports to achieve this. In addition to outpatient mental health services, clients are linked to a variety of community housing, vocational and educational services, as well as peer support.

Mental health rehabilitation and recovery services for individuals who as a result of serious and persistent mental illness have difficulty maintaining stable residence, significant inability to engage in productive activities and daily responsibilities, or experience frequent or lengthy psychiatric hospitalization.
